HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

I know i have been horrible at updating my blog...

i have pictures from Matthews birthday party, Maddies new hair cut and Halloween to edit and share with you!

My computer is giving me some trouble as it keeps shutting off when i try to edit my pics...i think it is over heating again. So i may just have to post the pics anyway...you don't really care if they are edited right??? hehe...

So keep checking back....i will be updating soon!

I've been a BAD blogger...

WOW! I know it's been a while since i last posted...time just keeps getting away.

I am in the middle of working on my OPAAT layouts for the November kit...this is a gorgeous kit BTW....please check it out if you get a chance at http://www.onepageatatime.com/ They also have the December preview up and it looks AMAZING! :)

I am sharing a couple of my projects with you that i created using the Nov kit.

A little something to share with you that I over heard Matthew talking about...

So i watch my friends little girl Sydney {pictured below} and she was sitting at the diningroom table with my son Matthew eating lunch and this is the conversation they had...

MATTHEW: Hey Sydney, the next time i go to Ireland would you like to come too??

SYDNEY: Sure...but do they have potty's??

MATTHEW: Of course they do...do you want to come??

SYDNEY: YES!! :)

MATTHEW: You have to be human to go though...

LOL....i laughed and laughed...i think he was saying that you aren't allowed to bring animals on the plane so only humans can go! But gosh that just cracked me up!!

A flower from Sydney...

How cute is she???!!!

sydney was playing in the backyard today and picked me this cute "Flower"!! LOL

She said they make her sneeze but she thought i would like it!

So of course i took her picture for being so cute and sweet :)

This weekend was a busy one!

We had friends stay with us...which is always fun!!

On Saturday I had a ladies day at our church and us ladies got to go get pampered while the men watched the kids all day!!!

We were really pampered...with massages and awesome speakers and music and shopping!! We also had a great lunch!!

We left ladies day at the church and headed over to Shelley's house for scrapday...i started a mini album and LOVE how it is turning out so far.

So we had a full 9am to 9pm of girlie time! Can't beat that!!!

This weekend will also hold some girlie fun as me, my Mum and my little sister are heading to Erie for some shopping!!! Maddie will probably come too! ;)

I can't wait...i think i will start my Christmas shopping {oh wait i have already started!!! Can you believe that???!!!}.

Breaking in the new swing set...

Well i have LOTS to share...

first off we got a new swing set...nothing gorgeous or awesome because we have 2 AWESOME playgrounds very close to our home but we had a little swing set in our yard for a few years and this year it basically fell apart...gave up...rusted to bits. Matthew was sooooooo happy to get a new one and he really didn't care that it wasn't the absolute best out there...he is so easily pleased! :)

PJ spent the day putting it together and of course Matthew had to try it out...soooooo of course i had to take pictures of him trying it out!! At least now he cooperates with me unlike his little sister...

We also had craft day today...Sydney was here and i promised her a special project to do...i think they had fun with it too...they are both very artistic in their own ways...Matthew very carefully put each color on his little turtle...making sure they didn't touch and run into each other and Sydney got her paintbrush and mixed all the paint together and made the color brown and painted her princess brown!!! LOL {she takes after her Mother LOL!!! }...they both turned out so cute...Sydney took hers home so i didn't get a completed shot of hers...but i guarantee Cathy will have it displayed for years to come!

I also made a little card for Miss Madison...we are in the middle of potty training {AGAIN}...and she is doing ok. She had moments of utter rage at her potty and then times when she very happily sits on the potty and goes...it is really testing my patience i can tell you...i am tired of cleaning wet spots off the carpet...but anyway i feel like she is going through alot of changes right now and really starting to grow up...she is definitely not a baby anymore... :(

And for those of you who don't know yet... www.onepageatatime.com is having a Design team call....ending Oct. 30th i think. so make sure to go check it out and send in some work...this team is amazing and the kits are all gorgeous and so fun! I LOVE LOVE OPAAT :)

I've been...

Playing with my camera a little...my photography class was a FLOP...it was basically a waste of my time and money...i was very disappointed...i didn't learn anything new or exciting. :( But i decided to take my camera out and experiment myself...these are not great pics but i love them anyway...i was so bummed the second one was blurry...i was really hoping it looked as good on the computer monitor as it did on my LCD screen when i took it!!! LOL I am LOVING my new camera...it is so fun, so many options!!!
